- The consultant fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeframe.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the completion of the consulting services. Provide details of the issue along with supporting evidence.

Refund Approval:
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 28 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

Service Cancellation:
You may cancel your consulting services within 21days of the start date.
To cancel the services, please contact us immediately with your project details.

Refund for Cancelled Services:
If your consulting services are canceled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
